What RestoreHair.us collects — analytics and an advertising click ID — how long we keep it, and your choices.
Last updated 1 June 2026. RestoreHair.us collects as little as a review site can. Here's what we do collect and why.
Click-ID cookie
If you arrive from a paid campaign, the landing URL may contain clickid and cost parameters set by our advertising platform. We store those two values in a first-party cookie named rh_click for 30 days, and in your browser's session storage for the current visit. When you click an iRestore link, the values are appended to the outbound URL so the sale can be matched to the ad that drove it. The cookie contains no name, email or other personal detail. Visitors arriving from search or directly never receive it.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to measure page views and outbound affiliate clicks (event: affiliate_click, recording merchant, page and button position). Google's processing is governed by its own privacy policy. IP addresses are anonymised by GA4 by default.
Consent
If you visit from the EU or UK, a consent banner lets you decline analytics cookies. OWNER: enable banner before sending EU/UK traffic
Your choices
You can clear or block cookies in your browser at any time. The site works without them; affiliate links simply carry empty click values.
